Introduction
For this project, we were told to build and design a device that converts one form of energy into another form of energy. After a great deal of contemplation, my group and I decided to create a battery. To successfully do this, we came up with a layer system that would effectively transport electrical energy throughout the device to power a hand-held fan. After running through many iterations of our device, we decided we did not have enough time to create something that could realistically power the fan, so we settled on lighting an LED.

Personal Reflection:
One peak or positive thing that came from this project was the way I was able to listen to my peers. Whenever anyone had a fresh idea, I respectively listened with an open mind and carefully considered what was being said. Because of this, I proved to be a great COMMUNICATOR. Another peak of mine this project was maintaining a peaceful harmony amongst my other team mates. Although we all had our individual ideas and desires with this project, I was able to getting along great with my peers cooperatively. This goes to show that my ability as a COLLABORATOR was exercised greatly.
Although this project turned out well, there are still always things that can be improved upon. One negative for me was staying on task. This project fell at a very busy time in the year for me, so I was overloaded with work from all other classes as well. Because of this, I spent some time working on classwork for other classes during project work days. If I hadn't done this, we may have had a more completed project. This proves that an area I need to improve upon is becoming a CONSCIENTIOUS LEARNER (manages time effectively). Another pit for me was creativity. I felt that for this particular project, I failed to come up with as many original, productive ideas than I would have liked. When I ran into a problem, I wish I could have been a better CRITICAL THINKER and recognized multiple different ways to solve the problem. Going forward I plan to try harder to think outside the box with these projects.
